How do I return an item?

We want you to be happy with your new furniture. If there's a problem with an item, we'll work with you to make things right. If you have a concern, please contact us. In processing any return request, we will apply the following guidelines:
returns
- If an item arrives damaged, notify us immediately so that we may work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.
- If you wish to return your order, refunds (less shipping/delivery fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition within 15 days.
- In circumstances when an item is approved for return after 15 days, a restocking fee may be charged.
- Special orders and Custom orders cannot be returned.
- Returns on shipped orders will incur return shipping costs.
- Original shipping/delivery charges are not refundable.
- Shipments are packed so that they will arrive safely, so be sure to retain the original packing materials, original receipt and all merchandise tags for any item that you wish to return to us. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
- Credit card orders will receive a credit to the card used.
- Orders paid by cash or check will receive a refund check.

- We make direct exchanges for furniture returned in its original condition.
- Special orders and Custom orders cannot be exchanged.
- Exchanges on shipped orders will incur return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
cancellation policy
- We will accept cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped or that are on backorder..
- Special orders and Custom orders cannot be cancelled.
