    The Borgen Round Side Table is comprised of interesting curves and angles all beautifully hand-crafted of premium Solid Walnut wood to create a lovely table next to your sofa, arm chair, or bedside. The table is big enough to accomodate your table lamp, a great book, and your drink, but still slim enough to fit in so many spots. Its solid walnut construction and classic round shape give the Borgen Round Side Table an enduring, chic style that will bring a touch of sophistication and natural warmth to any room. The Borgen is finished in a warm brown stain which showcases the beauty of the Walnut wood grain. The tables are finished with a protective lacquer and a natural wax top coat, but should be protected from heat and moisture with a coaster under your drink.

      Assembly guide and product care

      Simple assembly required. One person. Three pieces (two legs, one table top) attached with 8 bolts. Estimated time: 10 minutes. Requires screwdriver.

      Product Care: Protect wood table top from heat and liquid. Use coasters. To avoid color fading, do not place direct sunlight for many hours per day.

      What wood finish/color options are availble for this table?

      This is made of solid Walnut wood and is available in your choice of Classic Finish (darker) or Natural Finish (lighter).

      Where was this table made?

      We own and operate our wood working facility in China where this piece is made. We purchase Walnut wood from orchards that sell the trees when they are no longer producing nuts. The wood is kiln-dried and each piece is crafted by skilled carpenters. Gingko's Design Office and Warehouse is located in northern California.

      How should I maintain a solid Walnut table?

      The walnut table top is finished with protective coat of lacquer and then a natural wax is added for a rich, satin finish. This finish will be damaged by exposure to heat and liquid, so it is important to put coasters under drinks and wipe up any spills. If placed in direct sunlight, the wood's color will fade over time. The table top will benefit from regular dusting with a soft cloth and occasionally treating it with a high quality wood oil. The great thing about a solid wood table as opposed to a veneer or pressed wood table is that deep scratches or stains can be addressed by refinishing the table top.

      What's the best way to maintain this table? Do I need to use coasters?

      When will my purchase ship?

      Orders for Items that are in stock will ship in 3-4 business days. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification and tracking information associated with the order.

      When will my purchase arrive?

      Ninety percent of our items ship via FedEx or UPS. The transit time from our warehouse in Northern California to your shipping address will depend on your actual location but is generally within 3-7 business days.
      Large, oversized items ship via LTL carriers and the transit time is approximately 10-14 days.
      When your order ships, the shiping method and tracking information will be emailed to you.

      What is the warranty?

      Our furniture is built to last. The Warranty Period is one year from the date of receipt. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If there is a defect in the material or the build of the item, it will become apparnt in the first year of use. This does not mean that you should expect our furniture to last only one year--quite the opposite. We use quality materials and workmanship to produce pieces that will enjoy for many years--some may be passed along to your future generations!

      What if I change my mind?

      We want you to enjoy our furniture and try to describe and depict each piece as clearly as possible. If you recieve your piece and decide it doesn't work for you, it may be returned within 30 days from receipt. The Return Authorization Procedure requires you to notifiy us by email and request authorization. All items must be received in like new condition in order to qualify for full refund of the product cost. Learn more about Returns.
